Herb Allen
Treasurer (Condo)
Secretary (Condo)

Herb was born in Minneapolis in 1930 and has lived all over the mid-west and east (and a couple of years in Brazil during WWII).  He attended high school in Evanston, Illinois, and Haddonfield, N.J. and received a BA from Yale in 1952.  Herb moved to Denver right after college and worked for the old Bay Petroleum Corp while going to DU nights for an MBA in Accounting.

After stints with Price Waterhouse in New York and Denver, he joined Columbia Savings as CFO from 1962 to 1965.  After 5 years in Iowa, returned to Denver as CFO of Petro Lewis.  In 1973 Herb hung out his CPA shingle in Frisco, and was active in local affairs until they sold the practice in 1990 and moved to the Windsor in LoDo in 1997, where he served as President of the Windsor Board for three terms.

Herb and his wife, Judy, were married at Copper Mountain in 1982.   He has three grown kids living in Colorado, and five granddaughters -- the oldest just began college at DU.

Herb was elected to the Condominium Board in August, 2003.  He is currently Treasurer and Secretary for the Condominium Association and serves on the Planning Committee.
