Bob is a native of Colorado. He grew up in Arapahoe County, and went to the University of Colorado, graduating with a degree in business. After graduating, he completed his law degree and masters in taxation at the University of Denver. He practiced as an attorney/CPA from 1979 to 1996. Bob retired from the practice of law in 1996, to focus his time on his land and water development company.
Bob is married to Carol, and they have two 10-year old daughters, Adrienne and Corinne. They purchased their Mountain Side home in 2000. They spend almost every weekend, and most holidays, at Mountain Side.
Bob was elected to the Condominium Board in August, 2003. He is currently Treasurer for the HOA and serves on the Planning Committee.
