ASSOCIATION ON LINE. Mountain Managers have set up a website that will now provide much of the information that has been on this website in a more timely manner. With a few clicks of your mouse you will be able to access meeting minutes, rules and regulations, newsletters, and much more. You will also be able to send them e-mail messages from this site. For Mountainside owners/renters simply enter http://www.associationonline.info into the URL line above and press enter. Then click on ‘Homeowners’, enter 80443 for the zip code, click on ‘List Associations’, select either ‘Mountainside Clubhouse Assn’ and/or ‘Mountainside Condos’ and click on ‘Go to Selected Association’. You will asked to enter code. This has been implemented as of July 1, 2005 to safeguard information and make sure it is only available to authorized owners. Your code (which is case sensitive and specific to the Condos or Clubhouse) was included with the Owners' June 2005 Newsletter. If you have a problem, call the MtnManagers. A menu will appear so that you can click on whatever information you need.
At the September 1, 2004 annual meeting it was announced that the MCR, which is the major component repair and replacement reserve, has been reviewed and redone based on a reserve study that was done this last year. The Association will borrow $150,000 at a 6% interest rate for five years to budget for some upcoming projects at Mountain Side. This is a secured loan that will be paid by increasing the dues $15.00 per unit across the board.
Comcast purchased TVMAX, the company that provides TV to our condos. They switched us to their cable TV system with the following lineup. Condo TV lineup. It was noted that individuals who want more channels or high speed Internet access could do so through Comcast for an additional fee.
