Treasurer (Condo)

Jim was elected to the Condo Board in 2002 and appointed to fill an open position on the HOA board in August 2003. He was elected President of the Combined Boards in August, 2001 to succeed Laura Hansen.  Jim also serves as  Treasurer for the Condominium Association and chairman of the Planning Committee.

As a native of Colorado Jim had a chance to return to Colorado in 1987 when he took a job in Aurora, Colorado. He has a BS in Technical Management from Metro State College and a certificate in advanced Electronics from Idaho State University.

Jim's career with Lockheed Martin has spanned thirty plus years; first as system engineer in Sunnyvale California and now as a facility engineer with them.

Jim and his wife of 32 years reside in Highlands Ranch along with two Dalmatians. They use their Mountain Side condo when it is not rented. This allows them to pursue recreational activities such as backcountry driving, fishing and seeing the sites around the state.
