Mountain Side Clubhouse was Renovated in 2002

At the November 10, 2001 board meeting your board approved a plan to spend up to $250,000 to renovate the Mountain Side clubhouse.  These renovations were funded primarily by special assessments totaling $1000 per unit ($300 due 9/1/01 and $700 due 3/1/02).

Upgrades included:

• Replace all 3 outside hot tubs and associated mechanical equipment.
• Renovate men's and women's locker rooms
• Replace "art stone" decking around pool and hot tubs
• Renovate sauna, steam room and racquetball court
• Repaint and restain throughout
