Your board of directors contracts with a management company called "Mtn Managers" to manage the complex. Mtn Managers, in turn, hires and manages employees to maintain the complex on a day-to-day basis. They also keep our books and hire subcontractors for such tasks as snow and trash removal.
Your first point of contact for maintenance and day-to-day operational issues should be Mtn Managers at 970-668-3174 or via e-mail at info@mtnmanagers.com. For architectural and long-term planning issues, or anytime you do not receive adequate response from Mtn Managers, please contact the appropriate Board Member.
